Scheme Details

SVAMITVA is a Central Sector Scheme launched by the Ministry of Panchayati Raj on April 24, 2020, to provide 'Record of Rights' to village household owners possessing houses in inhabited rural areas (Abadi areas) using drone technology.

How to Obtain Property Card

For Property Owners (Pending Cases)

If you have not yet received your property card, follow these steps:

  1. Visit Gram Panchayat office during working hours (Mon-Fri: 10 AM - 5 PM)
  2. Carry the following documents:
    • Identity proof (Aadhaar card)
    • Any existing property document (if available)
    • Address proof
  3. Fill the property card request form
  4. Verify property details in the SVAMITVA portal
  5. Collect property card (available immediately if data is verified)

  • Enter property details or Aadhaar number
  • Download digital copy of property card
  • Printed copy with seal available from Gram Panchayat office
